About Me

My name is Lisa Kenny.  My work is grounded in a humanistic, which emphasizes the inherent worth,, and inner resources of every person. I firmly believe that individuals possess the strengths necessary to create meaningful and lasting change in their lives. My practice is deeply influenced by Carl Rogers’ core—empathy, congru, and non-judgment—which form the foundation of my relationships with clients. These conditions foster a therapeutic environment where clients can their challenges openly, knowing they are with acceptance and authenticity.

 

I am accredited with IACP and adhere to their code of ethics.
