If you’re unsure whether your concerns fit within these areas, you’re very welcome to get in touch to discuss your needs.
I am a qualified counsellor and psychotherapist accredited by the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). I hold a BSc (Hons) in Integrative Counselling and Psychotherapy from the Irish Institute of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IICP), along with a Postgraduate Certificate in Addiction Studies (Gambling) from the Irish College of Humanities and Applied Sciences (ICHAS).
I am committed to creating a warm, respectful, and non-judgmental space where you feel heard and supported. My work is grounded in a person-centred approach, and I integrate a range of therapeutic perspectives to meet your individual needs, drawing from humanistic, trauma-informed, and holistic practices. I believe therapy is a collaborative process, offering you the opportunity to explore your experiences safely and at your own pace.
I have experience supporting individuals through stress, trauma, grief, loss, bereavement, anxiety, depression, addiction-related concerns, and work-related challenges. My aim is to help you gain clarity, recognise your strengths, develop practical coping strategies, and build resilience.
Through empathy and professional guidance, I support you in developing greater self-awareness and moving forward with confidence and wellbeing.
